BRIGHTEN HCS services and how you can obtain them.

BRIGHTEN Serves individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through the Rio Grande Valley, ensuring each individual has as many choices as possible available for personalized care. Services are provided through Home and Community Based Services, known as (HCS).

We hold multiple contracts across Texas with day habilitation providers, therapists, dentists, and other service areas. We can also provide continuity by contracting with community services that the individual presently utilizes.

Your local intellectual and Developmental Disability Authority (LIDDA) will assist you in determining eligibility and completing the paperwork so that you may receive HCS Services.

When there is a wait list for HCS services, stay in though with your (LIDDA) to be contacted when an opening becomes available.
